Download Files
This link will take users to a screen which shows all files for which they have security to download. If the user has not yet logged into the system, a login screen will be presented to them. After having entered their Log In User Name and password they will be redirected in 3 seconds to the download files page.
The table of files presented for download will contain the following Fields:

| File | The name of the file available for download. Clicking this link will actually begin the download. |
| Description | Description of the file |
| Notes | A link to show any notes, if any, for the file. |
| Last Updated | The time the record was last updated |
| Size | The size of the file to be downloaded |
