Field	Description
File	The name of the file available for download. Clicking this link will actually begin the download.
Display Name	A display name other than the "short" file name if desired.
URL For Redirect	If you instead wish to redirect to, for example, anonymous ftp, enter the URL to redirect the browser to for those kinds of downlods. This is particularly helpful for reducing stress on the app server with large downloads
Description	Description of the file
Project	General filter. You can leave blank, or add 'project=' parameters to Download.do and filter for a particular project entry
Group Name	The name of the group that is allowed to download this file
Download Notes	Any special notes available to the file
Active	Check to true if you want the download file to appear to the end user.
Restricted?	Check to true if you want the system to reverse lookup the client ip and prevent ips from particular countries from downloading this file.
